The Burnsville Performing Arts Center is located in Burnsville's Heart of the City at 12600 Nicollet Avenue.

Directions to Lobby from Interstate 35W:

  • I-35W to US-13-North Exit
  • US-13 North to Nicollet
  • Turn Right onto Nicollet (at light)
  • Turn Right on Travellers Trail
  • Burnsville Performing Arts Center is on left (approximately 1 block)

Directions to Loading Dock from Interstate 35W:

  • I-35W to US-13-North Exit
  • Burnsville Parkway
  • Turn East onto Burnsville Parkway
  • Turn Left on Pillsbury
  • Burnsville Performing Arts Center is on right (approximately 1 block)
  • Loading Dock is in the North West corner of building
  • Loading Dock is accessible
