The Burnsville Performing Arts Center is pleased to announce the return of the annual Children's Art Festival.  This special art exhibit celebrates the artistic talent of youth in our community.  Over 100 pieces of artwork created by students in grades 1-6 from local elementary schools are featured.  Sponsored by
